GongMyoung :
Song Kyoung kun, Lim Yong Ju , Park Seung won and Kang Sun il forms the GongMyoung quartet. Their music is termed as “exceptional and unconventional”. These four brilliant musicians create a mesmerizing ambience on stage and leave the audience awestruck. “GongMyoung”, means ‘resonance’ in Korean. Ever since GongMyoung’s debut, they have held the position of “ambassadors” of traditional Korean music. They have featured in numerous international festivals and were invited to play in Montreal, Cambodia, and Sri Lanka; representing Korean music in the international realm. GongMyoung have also performed at the World Music Expo ‘WOMEX’ in 2008 and the ‘MIDEM’ held in Cannes, France, in 2009. They have also performed at Forde Music Festival in Norway, Sommarscen Malmo in Sweden and San Marino Etnofestival in Italy and UK. They have just completed touring the US.
